The history of what would eventually become Western Surveying & Engineering; P.C. began in 1969 when John B. Spenader graduated from the University of Illinois with a vision to one day own and operate a successful engineering firm.
Today, his vision has grown into a recognized, multi-disciplined consulting firm, offering the latest technologies in fields of Professional Land Surveying and Civil Engineering.
